By signing up to use the Sudbury Scouts Extranet, you agree to the following conditions.
1. Access to the site is limited to holders of a current Sudbury District Scouts Leaders Warrant, or Sudbury District Scouts Certificate of Appointment. In extreme circumstances a non Sudbury Scouts Leader may be granted access if there is justification for their use.
2. If, at any time, you terminate your warrant or certificate of appointment, then you must immediately cancel your account on the Extranet.
3. Users are expected to inform the Extranet Manager should any of the details held change.
4. Use of the data contained within the Extranet is strictly limited to Scouting purposes. In addition the postal addresses, email addresses and fax numbers are not to be used for mass mailings, even if for Scouting purposes. However, we shall use the information to keep you informed about the Sudbury District Scouts Website.
5. Your password is for your use only, even if another person has the right to use the Extranet, you must not reveal your password to them. Our logs record the location of accesses into the site, and multiple users of a single password will be detected, and the access will be cancelled.
6. If you print pages from within the Extranet, then the same protections apply to this printout as do the live site. You should make sure that the information is kept for your use only, and that the paper is not left out where others could see it.
7. Failure to comply with the Conditions of Usage will result in your access account for the Extranet being permanently cancelled.
